What we do
We are an auxiliary access control services company in Ibiza. We manage the access of people and vehicles, verify visitors, suppliers and service staff, and look after owners and guests with discretion and confidentiality.
We work in private villas, beach clubs, events and private parties across the island.

What we are looking for
- ◆ Access controllers and auxiliary services staff.
- ◆ Commitment to the full season: we look for people who commit to finishing it; we value it above other aspects.
- ◆ Reliability, good presence, discretion and a professional manner.
- ◆ A valid work permit is essential.
- ◆ Previous experience in the sector is highly valued: villas, events, door work or customer-facing roles.
- ◆ Language skills, mainly English.
- ◆ Training in martial arts or self-defence is valued as a personal self-protection attribute, never as a duty of the role.
- ◆ The Balearic access controller certificate is valued (not essential).
- ◆ A driving licence and own vehicle are valued: services are spread across the island.
- ◆ Day, night or full availability.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a private security licence (TIP) to work in access control?
No. We are an auxiliary services company, not a private security company. The access control and auxiliary services duties we perform do not require the authorisation of Spanish Private Security Law 5/2014.
Do I need the Balearic access controller certificate?
It is not essential for our auxiliary services in private villas and events, but it is valued positively.
What kind of contract do you offer?
